Who is Crewleaf for?

Producers, production coordinators, and anyone organizing travel for a crew or clients. Bring flights, hotels, transport, and schedules together, then give each person their own view.

Do travelers need an account?

No. Travelers can open the personal itinerary link you share with them. Each link includes that person’s assigned arrangements and booking details, so keep it private and send it only to the intended traveler.

Can I use the PDFs I already receive?

Yes. Import a text-based itinerary PDF and review the extracted details before creating your draft. The PDF is read on your device. Scanned PDFs that need text recognition aren’t supported yet.

What happens when plans change?

Edit your draft, review the changes, and publish. Existing traveler links show the updated plan. Sharing a link is your choice; Crewleaf does not automatically send emails or messages when you publish.

Can I use Crewleaf with an AI assistant?

Yes, with an assistant that supports MCP connections. Connect it to Crewleaf and choose its access to help create and organize itineraries. You can review the setup and permissions in AI connections.

Does it work on a phone or offline?

Crewleaf works in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen. From a published personal itinerary, you can explicitly save a copy on your device for 24 hours. The copy shows when it was last checked; updates and acknowledgments need a connection. See installation and offline details.
